1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds or replacements are available within 7 days of receiving your order if:

    • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    • The product did not arrive.

3. Processing Time

  • Once your request is received, we will review it within 3–5 business days.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If replacement is approved, a new product will be shipped. If the product is out of stock, we will process a refund.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the product is returned for personal reasons (not due to a defect), the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.

5. Non-Refundable Items
